Some of modern web browsers indicate URLs including Japanese ( or other languages ) in a human-readable style, though URL-encoded representations are used in HTTP requests. When you want to share a URL, you would copy it and paste it into another application or window. But it won't do well. The pasted URL should be URL-encoded.
This tool will URL-encode a given URL, except some characters such as slashes - the path separator.
一部の最近のブラウザでは、URLに日本語などを含む場合、それらがURLエンコードされた状態でHTTPリクエストに載せられているにも関わらず、画面上には人間が読める形で（即ち日本語などで）表示されます。URLを何らかの形で共有したいと思ったとき、表示されているURLをコピーして別の場所へペースト（貼付ける）人が多いでしょう。しかしそれは有効ではありません。URLはURLエンコードされていなければならないのです。
このツールは与えられたURLをURLエンコードしますが、パス区切りを表現するスラッシュなどはエンコードしません。
